Refund policy

All orders are shipped immediately after confirmation, and we guarantee delivery within 72 hours throughout Mexico, following order confirmation.

If you wish to return a product for any reason attributable to us, you may do so within 30 calendar days of placing your order.

Please send an email to hello@hauss.care specifying your order number, the products you wish to return, and the reason(s) for the return.

Once we receive your email, we will respond within 24 hours with instructions for collecting the product(s) you wish to return.

Once we receive the returned items, we will proceed with your refund.
